The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights are comprehensive and authoritative guidelines in the field of business and human rights with the careful process of formulation,the central position in the relevant soft law system,as well as the innovation of the contents,the concise language,and the broad coverage. The Guiding Principles have identified key issues in business and human rights,including the corporates＇ responsibility to respect human rights,responsibilities in the supply chain,access to remedies,the role of the states,human rights due diligence,and environmental issues,etc. The significance of business and human rights for China is striking in the historical stage when the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.
