摘要
联合国工商业与人权指导原则是工商业与人权领域综合性的指导方针。由于其谨慎的制订过程,在相关软法体系中的核心地位,及其内容创新、语言简洁、涵盖面广等特点,有很高的权威性。联合国工商业与人权指导原则所确立的工商业与人权领域的关键议题包括企业尊重人权的责任、供应链的职责、获得救济的方式、国家的作用、人权尽职调查、环境问题等。工商业与人权在中国特色社会主义进入了新时代的历史阶段,具有非同一般的意义。
The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights are comprehensive and authoritative guidelines in the field of business and human rights with the careful process of formulation,the central position in the relevant soft law system,as well as the innovation of the contents,the concise language,and the broad coverage. The Guiding Principles have identified key issues in business and human rights,including the corporates' responsibility to respect human rights,responsibilities in the supply chain,access to remedies,the role of the states,human rights due diligence,and environmental issues,etc. The significance of business and human rights for China is striking in the historical stage when the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.
