摘要
战略柔性在高管团队行为整合与中小企业平衡式技术创新关系中具有重要的中介作用,环境不确定性是该中介作用的调节变量。运用环渤海经济圈、珠三角和长三角地区的中小企业高管数据,统计分析发现:高管团队行为整合对中小企业平衡式技术创新有显著正向影响,并且战略柔性在其中起部分中介作用,而环境不确定性在高管团队行为整合与战略柔性的关系中起到调节作用。战略柔性和环境不确定性可以较好地解释高管团队行为整合对平衡式技术创新的作用机制,为高管团队行为过程在动态环境中的发展和应用提供了重要启示。
This study explores strategic flexibility as an important mediator role in top management team behavioral integration and highlights the importance of environmental dynamism as a boundary condition. This finding from multiple in 221 small to medium-sized firms indicates that top management team behavioral integration helps build ambidexterity and strategic flexibility plays a mediated role between them,but that the influence of top management team behavioral integration on strategic flexibility is stronger when the task environment is characterized by a high level of dynamism,while it has no moderated effects in the relationship between strategic flexibility and ambidexterity. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the conditions under which behaviorally integrated top management team are able to pursue an ambidextrous orientation in Small to Medium-Sized Firms.
