试论雷锋精神在高校思政工作中的功能及其培育途径

Roles and Cultivation Approaches of Lei Feng's Spirit in Ideological and Political Work in Universities

由于雷锋精神具有导向、激励和教育的德育功能,因此高校要把弘扬和培育雷锋精神作为新时期思政工作的神圣使命。本研究积极探究了培育雷锋精神的几个有效途径:加大雷锋精神的宣传力度,积极营造教育的氛围;创新载体形式,推动学雷锋活动常态化;规范相关制度,建立培育雷锋精神的长效机制;以立德树人为根本,加强高校教师的师德建设。

Since Lei Feng＇s spirit plays an role in the moral education, such as guidance, encouragement and enlightenment, Universities and colleges should regard carrying forward and cultivating Lei Feng＇s spirit as a sacred mission of ideological and political work and actively explore effective ways to foster Lei Feng＇s spirit. The ways are as followed： to strengthen publicity of Lei Feng＇s spirit and actively build educational atmosphere; to innovate carrier form and normalize the activities of Lei Feng; to standardize related regulations and laws and establish a long-term mechanism of cultivating Lei feng＇s spirit; to regard the establishment of high moral values and people＇s cultivation as fundamental task, to strengthen the construction of ethics of teachers in colleges and universities.
