习近平人类命运共同体思想作为一种国际发展观,既是外交理念也是发展理念,它具有丰富而深刻的内涵。自党的十八大以来,中国在国际交往中始终秉承这一思想的基本原则,始终做到"共建、共商、共赢、共享",得到了国际社会的广泛赞同与支持。围绕习近平人类命运共同体思想的形成背景、内涵和时代意义三个方面进行阐释,以期能对这个国际发展观有更深入的研究,便于在现实中更好地践行和传承。

As a kind of international development view, Xi Jinping＇s thought of human destiny community is not only the concept of diplomacy but also the concept of development, which has been emphasized in many speeches, has profound connotation, and has been widely recognized at home and abroad. Since the 18 th national congress, China in international communication has always been adhering to the basic principles of this idea, always do＂build, discuss, win-win and sharing＂, has been widely agreed with the support of the international community. This paper focuses on the three aspects of Xi Jinping＇s idea of the fate of mankind, including the background, meaning and significance of the times, so as to have a deeper study of the international development view and facilitate the practice and inheritance in reality.
