沙格列汀联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病血糖控制及生活质量的影响

Effects of Saxagliptin Combined with Insulin on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨沙格列汀联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取周口市疾病预防控制中心专科病医院2型糖尿病患者64例,按随机数字表法分组,各32例,对照组予以胰岛素治疗,观察组于此基础上联合沙格列汀治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)水平、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率96.88%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);观察组FPG、2 h PG水平低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.13%与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论沙格列汀联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者,血糖控制效果显著,能提高患者生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of saxagliptin combined with insulin on blood glucose control and quality of life in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 64 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from the specialist hospital of Zhoukou Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Randomized data were divided into 32 groups. The control group was treated with insulin,and the observation group was treated with saxagliptin. The treatment effects,fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,postprandial 2 h blood glucose（ 2 h PG） levels,quality of life scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96. 88 % in the observation group and 75. 00 % in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）.The FPG and 2 h PG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3. 13 % compared with the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of saxagliptin and insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has significant effect on blood glucose control,can improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.
