外泌体在肿瘤发生、发展及诊疗方面的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 外泌体是包含了复杂RNA和蛋白质,直径在30~150 nm的内吞衍生囊泡类物质,在细胞间的物质和信息转导中起着重要作用。几乎所有细胞都可分泌外泌体,肿瘤细胞同样可分泌外泌体,肿瘤细胞所分泌的外泌体的生物学作用成为目前肿瘤研究的新热点。肿瘤可通过外泌体传输特异性miRNA、LncRNA、调节肿瘤微环境、促进肿瘤的转移侵袭等多个生物学过程。除此之外,肿瘤外泌体所含的各种生物信息可能作为肿瘤诊断的生物学标记物用于肿瘤早期诊断,具有一定的诊断及潜在的治疗用途。本文将对外泌体在肿瘤发生发展以及肿瘤诊断、治疗等方面的研究进行综述。 Objective Exosomes,which contain complex RNA and proteins,and endocytic vesicle species with diameters between 40 and 100 nm,play an important role in the intercellular substance and message transduction. Exosomes released by tumor cells can encapsulate tumor related miRNAs,LncRNAs and other substances to exercise their biological functions. Therefore,the body can transmit specific miRNAs,LncRNAs and LncRNAs through exosomes and play roles in regulating the tumor microenvironment,Invasion and metastasis and many other biological processes play a key role. Therefore,these extracellular miRNAs,to a certain extent,reflect the molecular changes in donor cells with certain diagnostic and potential therapeutic applications. This article reviews the research progress of exosomes in tumor development and tumor treatment.
