摘要 为了解决建筑工地的施工升降机监管普遍存在的无法有效监管到位的问题,建立了人-机-环境的施工升降机安全监控模型,提出了一种基于生物特征识别技术实现实名制管理和安装、使用、维保一体化监管的安全监管策略。设计和开发了在线安全监控系统,应用物联网和互联网技术,建立大数据管理平台,实现了信息化的施工升降机的安全监管策略。实际应用表明,该监控策略实现了对施工升降机的全方位安全监管,提高了施工升降机系统的安全性和可靠性。 In order to solve the problem of the poor government regulation of construction hoist in construction engineering,a new on-line safety monitoring strategy of construction hoist is proposed,which is based on the man-machine-environment monitoring model. This monitoring strategy is focus on real-name management system for hoist monitoring including its install,operation and maintenance by the means of biometrics recognition. Through internet of things and internet technology,the on-line safety monitoring system is designed and developed in this paper. Thus,the system set up a large database and achieves the safety monitoring strategy of construction hoist. The practical application shows that the system can comprehensively guarantee the safe operation of the construction hoist and significantly enhance the safety and dependability of system.
