冠突散囊菌液体发酵及散茶发花初步研究

Purification, Fermentation and Fungi Growing on Loose tea＇s Preliminary Study on Eurotium cristatum

探讨了冠突散囊菌的液体发酵培养条件，并利用正交试验确定了该菌液体发酵培养基的组成是：NaCl30g、蔗糖25g、NH4NO33g、K2HPO40．10g，用蒸馏水定容到1000mL。试验末期以四川绿茶为对象，利用冠突散囊菌液体发酵悬浮液接种进行茶叶湿含量对“散茶发花”影响的初步探究。实验表明湿含量在27％左右为宜，湿含量过多则容易滋生其他霉菌，湿含量过少冠突散囊菌生长则极其缓慢。

The culture condition of Eurotium cristatum in liquid medium was discussed. Then try to explore the fungus＇ fermentation liquid composition of sucrose, NaCl, NH4NO3 and K2HPO4 , with utilization orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the best combination is： NaCl 30 g, saccharose 25 g, NH4NO3 3 g and K2HPO4 0. 10 g, set the volume to 1000 mL. Finally take advantage of E. cristatum to make a thorough inquiry the moisture content of tea as one of ＂loose tea blur＂ conditions, with Sichuan green tea sold on the market. Experimental results show that the moisture content of about 27% is appropriate; when the moisture content is too high, it can easily lead to other mold growth, while lack of water is difficult for E. cristatum to grow.
