一致性卡尔曼滤波算法风速预测

摘要 风的间歇性、随机性、波动性给风电并网带来了很多技术难题。对风速进行准确预测,提高风速预测精度,有利于电力部门及时调整角度计划,减轻风电并网对电力系统的不利影响。采用分布式预测方法,利用一致性卡尔曼滤波算法对多台风机系统进行短期风速预测,并对不同拓扑结构下的风机模型风速预测结果进行了对比。实验表明,一致性卡尔曼滤波算法风速预测模型比传统卡尔曼算法具有更好的预测精度。 The intermittence, randomness and fluctuation of the wind bring many technical problems to the wind power generation. The accurate prediction of wind speed and the improvement of wind speed prediction accuracy can help the power sector adjust the angle plan in time to mitigate the adverse effects of wind power integration on the power system. Using the distributed prediction method, the overall short-term wind speed prediction on the typhoon system by using uniform kalman filtering algorithm, and the prediction results of wind speed model for different topologies are compared. The experimental results show that the consensus kalman filter algorithm has better prediction accuracy than the traditional kalman algorithm.
