Preparation and SERS application of MF/Ag composite microspheres:a comprehensive experiment on material chemistry

介绍一个材料化学综合实验——密胺树脂/银复合微球的制备及药残检测,整个实验涉及密胺树脂/银复合微球的制备、材料的形貌结构表征(SEM、XRD、XPS)、药残检测(SERS)等,通过综合实验的开放式研究,有利于提高学生综合能力,使学生了解科研前沿、培养创新意识与创新能力。

The material chemistry comprehensive experiment,on which the preparation and drug residue detection of silver-decorated melamine-formaldehyde（MF/Ag）composite microspheres was introduced in this paper.The experiment contents integrally combine with the fabrication of MF/Ag composite microspheres,the characterization of morphology and structure and the drug residue detection.That is helpful to improve students’ comprehensive ability,make students know frontiers of materials science,cultivate innovative consciousness and innovation ability.
