以近几年工匠精神回归主流话语为背景,落脚于出版行业也需要工匠精神传统的回归。从青年期刊编辑群体的阶段性特征出发,提出应树立政治质量意识、学术质量意识、编辑质量意识、出版质量意识,培养科学素质和精益求精的精神。从尚匠心、事匠技、做匠人三个层面,提出工匠精神视角下青年期刊编辑职业素质的提升路径。

With the background of artisan spirit returning to the mainstream discourse in recent years,landing in the publishing industry also requires the return of traditional artisan spirit.Starting from the periodical characteristics of the group of young journal editors,it is proposed that the political quality consciousness,academic quality consciousness,editorial quality consciousness,publication quality consciousness should be established,the scientific quality and the spirit of excellence should be cultivated.From three aspects of practicing artisan ingenuity and craftsmanship,being a craftsman,it puts forward the path of improving the professional qualities of young journal editors.
