云南临沧茶产区茶叶中金属元素含量调查分析

Investigation on the Content of Metal Elements in Tea Leaves from Yunnan Lincang Area

采用ICP-MS法对云南临沧32个茶叶样品中的11种金属元素(Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd和Pb)含量进行分析.结果表明,茶叶中各金属元素的含量差异有统计学意义,其含量高低顺序为w(Al)>w(Mn)>w(Fe)>w(Zn)>w(Cu)>w(Ni)>w(Cr)>w(Pb)>w(As)>w(Co)>w(Cd),其中Pb,As,Cr,Cd和Cu的平均含量均远低于现有国家标准,说明该茶产区茶叶安全卫生质量较好.各元素含量的相关性分析结果显示,各种茶叶中Al,Cr,Fe,Co,Cu,As,Cd,Mn,Zn和Ni之间有较好的相关性,Pb与其他元素相关性较差.

The contents of eleven metal elements（ Al,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,and Pb） in 32 tea samples from Yunnan Lincang areas were analyzed by ICP-MS. The results showed that the differences of the metal content in tea leaves has statistic significance and the order of their contents was w（ Al） 〉 w（ Mn）〉 w（ Fe） 〉w（ Zn） 〉 w（ Cu） 〉 w（ Ni） 〉 w（ Cr） 〉w（ Pb） 〉 w（ As） 〉w（ Co） 〉w（ Cd）. Among them the average content of Pb,As,Cr,Cd,and Cu was considerably lower than the national standards,which indicated the tea safety and health quality. The correlation analysis showed that there was a good correlation between Al,Cr,Fe,Co,Cu,As,Cd,Mn,Zn and Ni,and a poor correlation between Pb and other elements.
