膝关节退变与性别年龄的变化关系研究及文献复习 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究分析膝关节退行性变与性别年龄的变化关系并文献复习。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2017年10月来我院所有患者及体检人群的膝关节X线片共2357例,对所有观察者按性别、年龄进行分组,按年龄分为五组:40~49岁、50~59岁、60~69岁、70~79岁、80岁以上年龄组;对所有膝关节X线片采用Kellgren&Lawrence分级法进行分级,具体分为0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级共5级。对各年龄组中各级所占的比率进行分析。结果无论男女,膝关节退变程度分级均随年龄增长而增高,且在各年龄阶段的同一年龄层次中,女性膝关节退变程度均高于男性。结论膝关节退行性骨关节炎的发病随年龄增长而增高,应以预防为主,早发现、早诊断、早治疗,尽可能地提高患者的生活质量,延缓病情进展。 Objective To analyze the relationship between knee degenerative changes and gender-age changes and review the literature. Methods 2357 cases of knee joint X-ray films from January 2015 to October 2017 in all patients and health examination population in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All observers were grouped according to gender and age and divided into 5 groups according to age: 40 to 49 years old, 50 to 59 years old, 60 to 69 years old, 70 to 79 years old, and 80 years old or older. For all knee joints, the X-ray film was graded by the Kellgren Lawrence classification method and was specifically divided into grade 0, grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ, and grade Ⅳtotal 5 grades. Analyzed the ratio of all levels in each age group. Results Regardless of men or women, the degree of degeneration of knee joints increased with age, and in the same age group at all ages, the degree of female knee degeneration was higher than that of men. Conclusion The incidence of degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint increases with age. Prophylaxis, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are all significant to improve the quality of life of patients, delay the progress of the disease as far as possible.
