腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者围术期护理干预效果探讨

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with laparoscopic colon cancer radical surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者围术期护理干预效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者60例作为研究对象,所有患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组采取常规对症护理,观察组采取围术期护理,比较两组的各项手术指标及并发症、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,观察组患者的术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率6.7%,明显低于对照组的23.3%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度达96.7%、明显低于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论于腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者围术期采取有效的护理干预,有利于缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量、减少术后并发症、提高护理满意度,从而促进患者术后的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. Methods 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic care, and the observation group was treated with perioperative nursing. The operation indexes,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was6.7%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（23.3%）. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（70.0%）. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and promote postoperative recovery.
