综合护理对静脉留置针输液患儿静脉炎的预防效果

Prevention effect of comprehensive nursing on phlebitis in children with intravenous indwelling needle infusion

目的分析静脉留置针输液的新生儿进行综合护理对预防其发生静脉炎的临床价值。方法将100例静脉留置针输液治疗新生儿按照护理方式分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预。结果观察组发生静脉炎概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中,Ⅰ度静脉炎4例,无Ⅱ度以及Ⅲ度静脉炎者。对照组中,Ⅰ度静脉炎6例,Ⅱ度静脉炎6例,Ⅲ度静脉炎2例。对照组护理满意度为86.00%,观察组为98.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的静脉留置针时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于接受静脉留置针输液治疗的患儿,开展综合护理,能减少静脉炎发生率,增加留置针留置时间,提升患者家属护理满意度,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing on prevention of phlebitis in neonates with intravenous indwelling needle infusion. Methods 100 neonates of intravenous indwelling needle infusions were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine mursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, there were 4 cases of degree I phlebitis, and no degree II and III phlebitis. In the control group, there were 6cases of degree I phlebitis, 6 cases of degree II phlebitis, and 2 cases of degree III phlebitis. The satisfaction rate of mursing in the control group was 86.00%, and that in the observation group was 98.00%（P〈0.05）. The duration of intravenous indwelling needle in the observation group was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children who received intravenous indwelling needle infusion can reduce the incidence of phlebitis, increase the retention time of indwelling needles, and improve the satisfaction of family, which is worth further promotion.
