医教结合模式下学校卫生工作的需求分析

Demand analysis and measure research in combination of medicine and education

【目的】了解徐汇区学校卫生工作现状及需求,建立以需求为导向的学校卫生防控模式,探讨促进医教结合的策略及措施。【方法】通过问卷调查和定性访谈方式,了解学校卫生工作需求及学校卫生人员队伍的构成。【结果】105名中小学校保健教师参加问卷调查,结果显示目前学生最主要的健康问题为近视、营养不良与肥胖、传染病、伤害、心理问题;其中85%的学校保健教师对目前医教结合工作制度和工作网络表示满意,3.8%的保健教师对学校卫生工作经费投入不满意,4.8%的保健教师对学校卫生信息化工作不满意。对社区卫生人员开展需求调查访谈,65%的社区卫生人员均认为目前医教结合工作中最主要的需求为健康教育工作。【结论】建立以需求为导向的适合该区特色的中小学校卫生防控模式,逐步实现学生健康档案信息化,继续深化医师进校园工作内涵,坚持"健康先行"的理念,关注学校健康教育和健康促进工作。

[Objective] To ascertain the current situation and demand of school health work in Xuhui District,and to establish the strategy and measures to promote the effective combination of medicine and education,so as to establish the demand-oriented mode for school health prevention and control.[Methods]Through questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews,and by multi-angle were investigated school health work needs and school health personnel composition. [Results] A total of 105 primary and secondary school health teachers participated in the questionnaire survey. The results showed that the students＇ main health problems were myopia,malnutrition and obesity,infectious diseases,injuries and psychological problems. Of the participating teachers,85% expressed satisfaction with the combination of current medicine and education working system and work network,while 3. 8% were not satisfied with the funding for the school health work,4. 8% were not satisfied with the school health information work.Interviews with community health workers indicated that 65% of them believed that in current combination of medicine and education, the most important needs were health education. [Conclusion ] In establishment of a demand-oriented model of health prevention and control for primary and secondary schools which is suitable for the characteristics of our district,we gradually realize the informationization of students＇ health records,continue to deepen the connotation of doctors＇ work on the campus,adhere to the concept of ＂health first＂,and pay attention to school health education and health promotion work.
