新经济时代的资源配置在信息化和全球化中被不断革新,推升裂变出数字经济、共享经济、创意经济、智能经济、绿色经济和流量经济等行业风口。信息技术、人工智能技术、生物纳米和生命科学技术、新材料和新能源技术是构建新经济产业体系的关键创新领域,也是引领社会生产力再次跃升的主要技术驱动力。我国新经济发展在政策设计、人才技术和社会环境层面存在短板,亟需通过提升新经济服务实体发展的能力、增强关键核心技术的创新应用等五大措施加以培育。

The allocation of resources in the new economic era has been innovating by information and globalization, and it has been pushed up and fission of the industries such as the digital economy, the intelligent economy, the creative economy, the green economy, the flow economy and the sharing economy. At present, information technology, artificial intelligence technology, Biological Nanotechnology, life science and technology, new materials and new energy technology are the key innovation fields for the construction of the new economic industrial system, and also the main technological driving force to lead the social productive forces to jump again. As China＇s new economic development has a short board in the policy system, talent technology and social environment, it is urgently needed to cultivate the five major measures, such as enhancing the ability of the development of the new economic service entities and enhancing the innovation and application of key core technologies.
