The Scale, Policies and Mechanisms of Manufacturing Innovation Center Construction: Comparison and Enlightenment from China and the United States

美国是全球创新策源地,并且还在不断强化创新能力,其中制造业创新中心的建设发挥了重要的作用。我国应充分借鉴美国先行成熟经验,以科学合理的机制建设为基础,统筹部署、稳步推进制造业创新中心建设,集聚行业力量加速突破关键核心技术,有力支撑行业创新驱动发展。

At present, the trade war between China and the United States continues to upgrade. The ZTE incident has made us realize that we must control the key technology. The United States is the source of global innovation, and is constantly strengthening its innovation capability. The construction of manufacturing innovation centers in the United States is playing an increasingly important role. It is suggested that we should make full use of the mature experience of the United States and build a scientific and rational mechanism to co-ordinate the deployment and steadily push forward the construction of China＇s manufacturing innovation center.
