Comparison of Renewable Energy Development Mechanisms in Developed Countries

各国在可再生能源发展上采用了不同的模式,本文比较分析其中的3种:以美国、英国和澳大利亚为对象研究可再生能源配额制,以德国、日本和加拿大为对象研究固定电价机制,以丹麦为对象研究以市场价格为基础的电价补贴机制。结合各国实践,本文提出了我国配额制建设的对策和建议。

Due to different policy systems and political environments, various countries have adopted different institutional models for the development of renewable energy. This paper compares and analyses three of them—renewable energy portfolio, feed-in-tariff policy and tariff subsidy system. Among them, renewable energy portfolio is based on the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. The feed-in-tariff policy is based on Germany, Japan, and Canada. The tariff subsidy system based on market price takes Denmark as the research object. Finally, the paper combines national practice and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of China＇s renewable energy portfolio.
