新世纪以来,南方国家经济实力迅速增强,日益深化的南南合作对世界经济发展的影响也越来越大,中国在推动南方国家兴起和世界经济格局转变的过程中扮演着领导者的角色。当下,中国推动形成全面对外开放新格局,既维护了全球自由贸易的大局,增强了自身的发展潜力,又从升级传统领域合作与开展新领域合作两个方面,开启了新型南南合作。

China has taken a leading role in Global South rising, and the transformation of world economic structure. Today, China is Making new ground in pursuing opening-up on all fronts. This policy is designed to uphold the global free trade regime, and to enhance the potential of development. Meanwhile, it is also a symbol of New South-South cooperation, with upgrading of traditional cooperation and entering new field cooperation.
