The Implementation Strategy and Performance Evaluation of Tourism Precision Poverty Alleviation

以旅游产业为主导的旅游精准扶贫是实现减贫发展的重要选择。本文以滇西北地区为考察对象,提出通过提升贫困区域的公共服务水平,多层次开发贫困区域产业链,推进旅游城镇化和搬迁扶贫双向治理,募集旅游扶贫基金,开展爱心扶贫旅游等旅游精准扶贫实施策略及相关的绩效考核评价体系。

Tourism precision poverty alleviation and development, guided by tourism industry, is an important choice for poverty alleviation in northwest Yunnan. The following strategies are proposed：lead the equalization of public services to benefit poverty areas through the development of tourism, extend the tourism industry chain to benefit the poverty areas and the supporting objects under the pattern of the all-for-one tourism,promote and relocate tourism urbanization and raise tourism poverty alleviation funds, carry out love and poverty alleviation tourism,etc. On this basis, the paper builds a performance evaluation system of tourism accurate poverty alleviation
