摘要
文章分析港珠澳大桥所面临的主要矛盾,深入剖析通关障碍与深港关系,在港珠澳大桥单"Y"现状下,提出以香港检查站作起点进行"加尾"延伸至深圳以及途经香港过境"简免签通关"的基本构想,为高效发挥港珠澳大桥服务内地、促进粤港澳大湾区城市群建设和发展,提供既现实可控又循序渐进的拓展思路和解决方案。
The article pointed out the conflicts of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge(HZMB), in-depth investigated the obstacles of HZMB and the relations of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, comparative analyzed the non economy of the proposal of double Y and the flexibility and acceptability of the proposal of the single Y plus tail. It advised that we should accept the situation of the HZMB and plus a long tail road from Hong Kong Check Point to Shenzhen, and propose the proposal of "simple or without checking on customs when passing Hong Kong" at the same time. It analyzed the feasibility of the proposal from multiple perspectives and gave out policy recommendations for realizing the idea. For the efficient use of the HZMB for the mainland and the city group of the Great Bay area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, the article provided a serial of open thoughts together with a set of practical and gradual solutions.
