冠状动脉CTA检查过程中的图像质量评估及护理体会

The image quality analysis and careness in coronary computed tomography angiography

目的探讨冠状动脉CTA在患者检查中的图像质量分析及护理要点。方法分析冠状动脉CTA扫描563例疑诊冠状动脉疾病(CAD)患者。对患者检查前、检查中及检查后护理方法进行介绍,同时分析优质护理下的冠状动脉CTA图像质量情况。结果 563例疑诊CAD患者中,图像质量1级、2级、3级分别为549例、10例、4例。10例患者在检查过程中出现除短暂发热感外的其他轻中度不良反应,患者均未出现休克、喉头水肿等严重对比剂不良反应。结论优质护理是保证冠状动脉CTA扫描成功进行及获取高质量图像质量的关键,同时进一步提高患者满意度及诊断准确性。

Objective To evaluate the image quality and nursing in coronary computed tomography angiography. Methods A total of 563 patients suspected coronary artery disease who underwent coronary computed tomography angiography from October 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively enrolled in our study. The nursing in the scanning course and the image quality were analyzed in this study. Results In these 563 patients,level 1 of image quality was presented on 549 patients,level 2 of image quality was presented on 10 patients,level 3 of image quality was presented on 4 patients. A total of 10 patients were suffered from slight and moderate adverse reaction to contrast media. None serious late adverse reaction occurred in the whole scanning course. Conclusion The high quality of careness played a major part role in the coronary computed tomography angiography scanning and was a key factor to acquire the higher image quality. Meanwhile,it could improve patients＇ satisfaction and diagnostic accuracy of coronary computed tomography angiography.
