考虑DG的配电网网损分摊方法及其经济效益研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前的网损分摊方法难以应用到结构复杂的含分布式电源(DG)的配电网的情况,对网损分摊的对象进行了研究,并提出了一种改进平均网损系数法,该网损分摊方法可应用于结构复杂的含分布式电源的配电网。分析了某市配电网及分布式电源的发展现状,说明该市电网的分布式电源主要接入于中低压配电网。利用该方法对该市分布式电源应分摊的网损电量和经济效益进行合理评估,结果表明该市分布式电源应分摊的网损电量较大,分布式电源理应承担一定的网损。 In allusion to the situation that the existing transmission loss allocation method is hard to apply to the complex distribution network with the distributed generation, this paper carried out the research on the transmission loss allocation object and proposed a kind of improved average transmission loss allocation method, which could be applied to the complex distribution network with the distributed generation. This paper analyzed the current development of the distribution network and the distributed generation in certain city and explained that the distributed generation of this city was mainly connected to the low and medium voltage distribution network. This method was used to reasonably evaluate the transmission loss electric quantity and the economic benefit which should be allocated by the distributed generation of this city. The results show that the transmission loss electric quantity is larger, so as to let the distributed generation bear the certain amount of the transmission losses.
