摘要 真空断路器真空度的降低会影响其可靠切除故障电流的能力,提出了基于潘宁放电原理进行真空度检测,并设计了一个完备的高压真空断路器真空度在线检测系统,该系统主要由供电系统和信号采集与处理系统组成,实现了对真空度传感器及其他设备的供电,在高压强电磁场环境下能够对真空度信号进行较高精度的测量,完成对真空断路器真空度的直接在线检测。 The reduction of vacuum degree in a vacuum circuit breaker has impacts on its safe and stable operation. This paper proposed to carry out the vacuum degree detection based on the Penning discharge principle and designed a complete online examination system of high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, which was mainly composed of power supply, signal acquisition and processing system, realizing the power supply for the vacuum degree transducer and other equipment. Under the conditions of high pressure, strong electromagnetic field, the signals of vacuum degree could be carried out higher precision measures to finish direct online detection for the vacuum degree of vacuum circuit breakers.
