探析护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响

Study on Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Gestational Outcome of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法择于该院2016年11月—2017年10月期间收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数的表法,平均分为两组,一般组和观察组,一般组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以综合护理干预,对比两组患者妊娠后期体重增加值、血糖控制满意度、妊娠结局、新生儿围生期并发症发生情况。结果观察组妊娠后期体重增加值明显低于一般组,血糖控制满意度明显优于一般组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施可良好的控制GDM患者的血糖水平,降低妊娠结局不良和新生儿围生期并发症的发生概率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the gestational outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods 80 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the general group used the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group used the comprehensive nursing intervention, and the weight increasing value, satisfactory degree to the control of blood glucose, gestational outcome, and occurrence of complications of newborns during the perinatal stage were compared between the two groups. Results The increasing value in the observation group was lower than that in the general group, and the satisfactory degree to the blood glucose control was obviously better than that in the general group, and the differences between groups were obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures can control the blood glucose level of GDM patients, and reduce the adverse gestational outcome and occurrence probability of complications of newborns during the perinatal stage, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
