单磷酸阿糖腺苷与泛昔洛韦治疗糖尿病患者带状疱疹疗效比较

Comparison of Curative Effect of Adenine Arabinoside Monophosphate Combined with Famciclovir in Treatment of Herpes Zoster of Diabetes Patients

目的探讨单磷酸阿糖腺苷与泛昔洛韦治疗糖尿病患者带状疱疹的效果。方法选取该院2015年10月—2017年10月收治的糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者78例,随机分为2组各39例,观察组给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷,对照组给予泛昔洛韦,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%,显著优于对照组76.9%(P<0.05);观察组止疱时间(3.1±0.7)d、结痂时间(5.8±2.0)d、止痛时间(3.3±1.2)d、皮损痊愈时间(8.8±1.6)d,明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷在糖尿病患者带状疱疹治疗中,可显著提高治疗效果,促进症状消失,减少后移神经痛发生,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of adenine arabinoside monophosphate combined with famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster of diabetes patients. Methods 78 cases of diabetes patients with herpes zoster admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the observation group were treated with adenine arabinoside monophosphate, while the control group were treated with famciclovir,and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（92.3% vs 76.9%）（P〈0.05）, and the blister time, escharosis time, acesodyne time, skin defect healing time in the observation group were respectively（3.1±0.7）d,（5.8±2.0）d,（3.3±1.2）d,（8.8±1.6）d,which were obviously shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adenine arabinoside monophosphate in treatment of herpes zoster of diabetes patients can obviously improve the treatment effect, promote the disappearance of symptoms and reduce the occurrence of neurodynia, which is worth application.
