缬沙坦与非洛地平治疗高血压病合并糖尿病的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Valsartan Combined with Felodipine in Treatment of Hypertension and Diabetes

目的探讨缬沙坦与非洛地平在高血压合并糖尿病中的治疗效果。方法选取2015年8月—2017年8月该院收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者158例,随机分为2组各79例,观察组给予缬沙坦,对照组给予非洛地平,比较疗效。结果对照组SBP(125.7±10.2)mm Hg、DBP(78.4±7.8)mmHg,明显低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组血尿酸(5.83±0.78)mg/dL、尿蛋白(1.03±0.21)g/24 h,空腹血糖(5.62±0.21)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.68±1.12)mmol/L显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非洛地平可显著降低血压,缬沙坦在降压的同时可降低血尿酸、尿蛋白,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of valsartan combined with felodipine in treatment of hypertension and diabetes.Methods 158 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 79 cases in each, the observation group and the control group were respectively treated with valsartan combined with felodipine, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The SBP and DBP in the control group were respectively（125.7±10.2）mmHg and（78.4±7.8）mmHg,which were obviously lower than those in the Observation group（P〈0.05）, and the blood uric acid（5.83±0.78）mg/d L, urine protein（1.03±0.21） g/24 h, fasting blood glucose（5.62±0.21） mmol/L, postprandial 2 h blood glucose（7.68±1.12）mmol/L were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The felodipine can obviously decrease the blood pressure, and the valsartan can not only decrease the blood pressure and reduce the uric acid and proteinuria, which is worth application.
