探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病护理效果观察

Study on Nursing Effect of Insulin Pump Enhancement Therapy of Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者接受胰岛素泵强化治疗的护理方式以及护理效果,为临床护理提供可靠的依据。方法根据2016年1—12月该院接收的2型糖尿病患者进行研究分析,共有112例患者分成对照组和观察组,均为56例患者。为两组提供胰岛素泵强化治疗,并进行了一些常规的护理干预措施,观察组患者还增加了心理护理、胰岛素泵携带护理、胰岛素泵故障护理、运动指导等等内容。结果观察组患者的SDS、SAS评分在护理之后要比对照组患者低,两组的评分结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者经过护理,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平比对照组患者要低,结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者低血糖以及酮症酸中毒的发生率比对照组低,两组的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为2型糖尿病患者提供胰岛素强化泵治疗结合心理护理、胰岛素泵携带和故障护理,运动指导能够让患者的情绪得到改善,提升血糖控制效果,减少酮症酸中毒的发生率。

Objective To research and analyze the nursing method and effect of insulin pump enhancement therapy of type2 diabetes and provide reliable basis for the clinical nursing. Methods 112 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 56 cases in each, both groups used the insulin pump enhancement therapy, and some routine nursing intervention measures, the observation group also enhance the mental nursing, insulin pump carrying nursing, insulin pump error nursing and motor guidance. Results The SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the differences in scores between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after nursing, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rates of hypoglycemia and ketoacidosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The insulin pump enhancement therapy, mental nursing, insulin pump carrying nursing and error nursing and motor guidance can improve the emotions of patients, improve the blood glucose control effect and reduce the incidence rate of ketoacidosis.
