细节护理在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Detail Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析研究细节护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机、双盲、对照试验展开研究,研究纳入该院2016年1月—2017年1月接诊的90例2型糖尿病患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组患者接受内科常规护理,观察组患者接受细节护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组血糖水平下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理可提高患者的服药依从性,有助于控制血糖,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze and research the application effect of detail nursing in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing in the department of internal medicine, while the observation group used the detail nursing, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose level decreased more obviously in the observation group compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the compliance rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detail nursing can improve the medication compliance, which contributes to controlling the blood glucose, and it is of clinical promotion value.
