贝那普利与前列腺素E_1联合在糖尿病肾病治疗中的疗效及对蛋白尿的影响效果分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Benazepril Combined with Prostaglandin E_1 in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Effect on the Proteinuria

目的探究贝那普利联合前列腺素E_1的应用于治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的治疗效果,研究其临床应用质量。方法选择该院2015年9月—2017年7月中收治的糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者50例,采用计算机随机分组方案,将所有患者分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组,每组中均包含25例患者,对照组患者采用贝那普利对患者进行治疗;实验组患者采用贝那普利联合前列腺素E_1对患者的进行治疗。治疗完成后,对两组患者的病情改善状况进行评估,探究患者的治疗有效性以及24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率、尿蛋白含量改善情况,将结果进行观察对比。结果结果显示,实验组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除此之外,实验组患者的24 h尿微白蛋白排泄率、尿蛋白含量改善状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用贝那普利联合前列腺素E_1对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿进行治疗,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,降低患者的不良反应发生率,提高患者的治疗感受,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the curative effect of benazepril combined with prostaglandin E1 in treatment of diabetic nephropathy and effect on the proteinuria and research the clinical application quality. Methods 50 cases of patients with proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group were treated with benazepril, while the experimental group were treated with benazepril combined with prostaglandin E1, at the end of treatment, the improvement of disease of the two groups was evaluated, and the effectiveness, 24 h urine microalbumin excretion rate and improvement of urine protein content of patients were studied, and the results were observed and compared. Results The results showed that the total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, besides, the 24 h urine microalbumin excretion rate and improvement of urine protein content in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of benazepril combined with prostaglandin E_1 in treatment of diabetic nephropathy and effect on the proteinuria can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions and improve the treatment feeling of patients, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
