摘要
目的探讨综合护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法纳入2016年6月—2017年4月90例糖尿病患者以数字表法分组。常规护理组进行常规化护理干预,综合护理组采取的护理模式是综合护理。比较效果。结果综合护理组糖尿病患者对护理服务满意度、疾病认知、遵医行为、血糖控制水平、不良反应优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果确切,效果确切。
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in diabetes patients.Methods90 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the routine nursing group used the routine nursing intervention, while the comprehensive nursing group used the comprchcensive nursing, and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory degree to the nursing service, disease awareness, compliance, blood glucose control level and adverse reactions in the comprehensive nursing group were better than those in the routine nursing group（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in diabetes patients is definite.
