综合护理管理对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Management on Blood Glucose Control in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的探究对于妊娠糖尿病患者进行综合护理管理可对血糖控制起到的效果。方法选取该院2016年9月—2017年9月前来就诊的患有妊娠糖尿病的患者42例随机分为研究组和对照组各21例,对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组患者实行综合护理,2周之后对比两组患者护理效果。结果通过对比发现,研究组患者的早,午,晚餐后以及空腹时血糖水平要显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),研究组患者满意度为95.24%,显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施综合护理管理显示出更有效的结果 ,显著降低患者体内血糖,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing management on gestational diabetes mellitus for blood glucose control. Methods Forty-two patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into study group and control group（n=21）. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing, 2 weeks after the two groups of patients compared the nursing effect. Results The blood glucose level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus showed more effective results,significantly reduced blood glucose in patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
