新入伍军人集训应激后成长的调查研究

Investigation on post-traumatic growth following recruit training

目的探讨新入伍军人集训(新训)应激后成长的内容和结构,为编制新训应激后成长问卷提供依据。方法以整群抽样法抽取五个单位武警部队新兵1 281人进行开放式问卷调查,收集新兵参加入伍集训后觉知到的心理成长资料。采用内容分析法对资料进行编码归类处理。结果本研究收集到新训应激后的成长条目共有3 821条,主要归纳为27个二级主题,4个一级主题。4个一级主题分别命名为个人力量、角色认同、人际关系、生活态度。结论新兵普遍存在新训应激后的成长变化,新训应激后成长有自身独特的结构和内容。

Objective The objective of this study was to explore the contents and structure of post-traumatic growth after recruit training, and to provide a basis for the development of Posttraumatic Growth Inventory（PTGI） for recruit training. Methods A sample of 1 281 recruits from 5 units in People＇s Armed Police Force were selected using cluster sampling and interviewed with an open-ended questionnaire. The data of recruits＇ mental growth following military training were collected and coded using content analysis method. Results In this study, 3 821 items about posttraumatic growth after recruit training were collected, which could be mainly summarized as 27 minor themes and 4 major themes（i.e., personal strength enhancement, military role identification, interpersonal relationship improvement and positive changes towards life）. Conclusions Posttraumatic growth after recruit training is prevalent in most recruits and has its unique structure and contents.
