快速康复外科护理在胃肠道术后应用的研究进展

Use of fast track surgery care in patients with gastrointestinal tract surgery:A review

快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)作为一个新的外科护理模式,是指围术期应用各种已被证实有效的技术以减少手术应激及术后并发症、加速患者术后快速康复、缩短出院时间的护理技术,且已在欧洲一些国家得以推广。目前,FTS在我国尚处于起步阶段,循证医学证明其在胃肠道手术中应用效果良好,值得深入研究和推广。笔者通过查阅国内外文献,归纳总结了近年来关于FTS在胃肠道术后应用中的护理进展,为进一步研究及实施FTS提供理论基础。

As a new mode of surgical nursing, fast track surgery（FTS） refers to techniques that have been used in perioperative period and confirmed as an effective way to reduce the surgical stress and postoperative complications. It can speed up the recovery and shorten hospitalization days and has been widely developed in European countries. At present, FTS is still in its infancy in our country. It has been proved to be a good method in gastrointestinal surgery by evidence-based medicine; it is worth further study and promotion, thus providing theoretical basis for further research and implementation of FTS. The author reviews the literature at home and abroad and summarizes the nursing development of FTS in gastrointestinal tract in recent years, with a view to providing some theoretical basis.
