儒家视阈下我国上市公司治理的政治哲学

The Political Philosophy of Governance over Listed Companies on Chinese Stock Market from Confucian Perspective

文章首先阐释了我国上市公司治理需要解决的主要问题及其政治哲学。然后,从儒家政治哲学视阈对我国上市公司治理中的追求股东财富最大化、利益分配、构建和谐的公司治理关系、以人为本及人的尊严、公司的社会责任、政府与企业的关系及诚信等问题等进行了深入的探讨。最后,得出以下结论:在我国上市公司治理的政治哲学中,必须认真对待儒家的义利观及财富分配上的公平正义、儒家的和谐观、儒家关于"仁"的道德观、儒家德治等。

This paper illustrates the main problems and political philosophy of governance over listed companies on Chinese stock market firstly. Then it discusses these problems deeply,include pursuing the maximization of shareholder＇s wealth,profit distribution,constructing harmonious corporate governance relationship,human-oriented and human dignity,social responsibility of a corporation,the relationship between government and enterprise and integrity of governance over listed companies.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn： in the political philosophy of the governance of listed companies in China,we must take seriously the Confucian view of righteousness and profit,fairness and justice in the distribution of wealth,the Confucian view of harmony,Confucian morality on benevolence,Confucian rule of virtue etc.
