摘要
以高黏度的107室温硫化硅橡胶、硅烷偶联剂、交联剂在催化剂的作用下辅以填料、增塑剂制取硅酮密封胶,研究了高黏度107胶含量对其性能的影响。结果表明,随着高黏度107胶含量的增加,其邵氏硬度、挤出性、表干时间、固化速度、粘接强度、拉伸强度、伸长率、最大拉断力均得到一定的提高,但当用量超过12%以后,其性能提高不明显,挤出性、拉伸强度以及粘接强度变差。
Using the high-viscosity 107 room temperature vulcanizable silicone rubber, silane coupling agent and cross-linking agent as the raw materials and compounding with the filler and plasticizer, the silicone sealant was prepared in the presence of of the catalyst. The effects of high-viscosity 107 gel content on its performance were studied. The results show that with the increase of high viscosity 107 silicone rubber content, the Shore hardness, extrudability, surface dry time, curing speed, bonding strength, tensile strength, elongation, and maximum breaking force have all been improved, however, when its content exceeds 12%, the performance does not increase significantly, and the extrudability, tensile strength, and bonding strength deteriorate.
