我院大学生自主创业现状调查及优势分析

Analysis of Foshan University College Students Entrepreneurship Status and Advantage

为了解佛山科学技术学院在校大学生以及毕业3年内的毕业生的自主创业现状,通过进行实际问卷调查以及在网上针对佛山科学技术学院(以下简称佛科院)毕业3年内的学生发布调查问卷,收集到大量数据。在调查的5 342名学生里,毕业后有创业打算或者已经创业的占52.4%,了解国家和佛科院自主创业政策的学生分别占72.5%和67.0%。学校和国家的政策及学生自身意愿和素质,形成了佛科院学生自主创业的优势。但是同时存在家庭、社会等方面的因素影响,针对于此,提出了学生个人要提升自身能力、培养自主创业意识,学校和社会给大学生创造良好的自主创业平台环境等对策建议。

In order to understand the status of the college students in Foshan University and the graduates in the three years of graduation, we have collected a large amount of data by conducting a practical questionnaire and issuing questionnaires on thelnternet for graduates of three years. Through the investigation and dataanaly sis on the independent entrepreneurial situation of college students in our university, among the 5342 students in the investigation, 52.4~ of the students who have planned to start a business or have already been in the busi ness after graduation, 72.5~ and 67~ of the students who know the independent entrepreneurship policy of the state and the Buddhist Academy are respectively. The school and the national policy and the students~ willing ness and quality, the formation of our college students in entrepreneurial advantage. But at the same time, there are factors such as family, society and other factors. In view of this, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for students to improve their own ability, to cultivate self awareness of entrepreneurship, the school and society create good independent entrepreneurial platform environment for college students.
