《基础护理技术》课程教学中的“教学做一体化”模式探究

摘要 目的评估《基础护理技术》课程教学中,"教学做一体化"模式的应用效果。方法筛选某校2017级护理专业73名学生作为研究对象,以不同教育方法为依据,对73名学生进行分组:实验组(n=37名,以"教学做一体化"模式开展教学),参照组(n=36名,以传统教学模式开展教学),同时观察、比对两组教学效果。结果予以不同教学模式后,实验组学生的理论成绩得分(98.50±0.58)分、护理安全能力得分(97.60±0.65)分、护理技能成绩得分(97.60±1.50)分,较参照组的(81.62±3.50)分、(80.70±2.60)分、(82.60±3.65)分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理实训中,参照组7名发生不良事件,而实验组仅1名,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校展开《基础护理技术》课程教学时,建议选"教学做一体化"模式,可充分提升学生的理论能力及实践能力,防治不良事件,效果确切。 Objective This paper tries to evaluate the application effect of the "teaching, learning and doing integration" model in the teaching of "Basic Nursing Technology". Methods 73 nursing students of 2017 level in a school were selected as the research objects. On the basis of different educational methods, 73 students were divided into two groups: experimental group(n=37), teaching model of "integration of teaching and practice", and reference group(n=36). The teaching effect was observed and compared with the traditional teaching model. Results After different teaching modes, the students in the experimental group scored theoretical achievement score(98.50 ±0.58)points,nursing care safety ability score(97.60 ±0.65)points, and nursing skill achievement score(97.60±1.50)points, higher than the control group of(81.62±3.50)points,(80.70±2.60)points,(82.60 ±3.65)p oints,difference statistically significant(P〈0.05);in the nursing training, there were 7 adverse events in the reference group and only 1 in the experimental group,difference statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion When colleges and universities begin teaching "basic nursing technology" courses, it is suggested that the "teaching and integration" mode be adopted, which can fully enhance students' theoretical ability and practical ability, prevent and treat adverse events, and have exact results.
