在当下医疗政策不断改革的环境下,传统的医院档案管理迎来新挑战,因此,在此新形势下对医院进行统一、规范的档案管理,使档案内容完整、信息真实,最大程度发挥其作用,为国家的社会发展以及疾病防护提供有力依据,对维护我国社会公共卫生起到促进作用。该文结合自身工作经验,对医院档案管理的工作问题进行战略分析,并寻求解决方法。

Constantly in the present medical policy environment, the reform of the traditional hospital archives management for a new challenge, therefore, under the new situation to unification, standardization of hospital archives management, make the content file complete, real information, maximizing its role, for the country＇s social development and disease protection provide powerful basis, to safeguard social public health in China. Based on the work experience, this paper makes a brief analysis on the work problems of hospital archives management and seeks solutions.
