摘要
目的对情境模拟手术流程在手术室护理实训教学中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取实习护士164名,将其平均分为对照组与观察组两组,遵循随机分配的分组原则,每组82名,为对照组提供常规培训,为观察组提供情境模拟培训,对比两组实习护士在综合素质、实践以及理论等方面的指标差异。结果观察组实习护士在综合素质、实践以及理论等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理实训过程中,为实习护士提供情境模拟手术教学能够有改善高教学质量,提高护理人员的综合素质,实用价值值得推广。
Objective The effect of the simulated surgical procedure on the training of operating room nursing training was analyzed. Methods 164 cases of practical nurses were selected and divided equally into two groups: the control group and the observation group, followed by the principle of random distribution, with 82 people in each group, providing routine training for the control group, and providing situational simulation training for the observation group. Internship nurses have different indicators in terms of overall quality, practice, and theory. Results The training nurses in the observation group were superior to the control group in terms of overall quality, practice, and theory, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05.) Conclusion In the process of nursing training in the operating room, providing the situational simulation operation teaching for the practical nurse can improve the quality of the teaching and improve the overall quality of the nursing staff. The practical value is worth promoting.
