大型中医院结构化电子病历管理系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Structured Electronic Medical Record Management System in Large Chinese Medicine Hospital

电子病历信息化建设水平的高低,已经成为了衡量医院现代化水平高低的标志。该文以广州中医药大学第一附属医院为例,从技术可行性、操作可行性、系统的性能3个方面展开需求分析,从网络拓扑结构、数据库存储设计两方面设计并研发了结构化电子病历管理系统,介绍该系统的主要功能模块。该系统的实现具有一定的前瞻性意义,大大提高了临床工作的质量。

The level of electronic medical record information construction has become a symbol of the level of hospital modernization. This paper takes the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, analyzes the requirements from three aspects： technical feasibility, operational feasibility, and system performance.It designs and develops structured electronics from two aspects： network topology structure and database storage design. The medical record management system introduces the main functional modules of the system. The realization of this system has certain forward-looking significance, which greatly improves the quality of clinical work.
