生产过程中资源观测数据服务的设计与实现

摘要 针对工业生产过程中的海量异构数据难以进行有效集成与统一访问的问题,设计了一种生产过程中资源观测数据服务模型。该模型基于数据服务理论和物联网中间件技术,借助企业现有的物联网平台和信息系统,运用传感网络实时收集生产数据,采用数据服务理论统一定义和封装异构数据,屏蔽底层数据的差异性,对外提供一种统一的数据访问接口,用户通过调用对外的数据服务接口,实现生产过程中的数据观测。以ZTE Blade A2手机生产过程中的数据资源为例,结果表明,该生产资源观测数据服务模型,可实现工业生产过程中数据的统一访问。 In order to solve the problem that massive heterogeneous data in industrial production is difficult to be effectively integrated and unified access,a data service model of resources observation in production process is designed in this paper.The model is based on data services theory and IOT middleware technology,and use the company's IOT platform and information system.In this model,real-time production data are collected from the sensor network,and the data services theory is used to uniformly define and encapsulate these heterogeneous data in order to shield the difference of the underlying data and provide unified data access interfaces.By calling the external data service interfaces,the data resources can be observed in the process of production.The data resources in the production process of ZTE Blade A2 mobile phone is used as an example to test in this model.Test results show that this model can achieve unified access to data in the industrial production process.
