信息化管理对压疮风险监控的应用效果

摘要 目的分析并研究护理安全管理信息系统对于压疮管理进行应用的效果,以便于为临床的干预工作提供有价值的参考。方法该研究所有的研究对象均来自该院2016年1月—2017年12月的住院患者,该研究选择150例研究对象作为对照组,进行常规的护理干预,同时选择150例研究对象作为观察组,在常规护理干预的基础之上配合采用护理安全管理信息系统进行干预,评价两组研究对象的风险评估准确率、高危患者压疮发生率、压疮好转治愈率。结果经过观察分析和比较,观察组患者的风险评估准确率、高危患者压疮发生率和压疮好转治愈率与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于临床住院患者在进行护理干预的过程当中,应用护理安全管理信息系统可以有效地提升风险评估的准确率,降低高危患者压疮的发生率,促进压疮的好转治愈率,可以较好地提升压疮管理的质量,具有推广应用的价值。 Objective To analyze and research the application effect of information management on risk monitoring of pressure sores thus providing valuable reference for the clinical interventional work. Methods 150 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the control group, and used the routine nursing intervention, while 150 cases of patients were used as the observation group, and the used the nursing safety management information system for intervention on the basis of the control group, and the accurate rate of risk evaluation, incidence rate of pressure sores of high-risk patients and cure rate of improved pressure sores were evaluated. Results The observation and analysis showed that the differences in the accurate rate of risk evaluation, incidence rate of pressure sores of high-risk patients and cure rate of improved pressure sores between the two groups were obvious, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing safety management information system in the nursing intervention in clinical inpatients can effectively improve the accurate rate of risk evaluation, reduce the incidence rate of pressure sores of high-risk patients, promote the cure rate of improved pressure sores and better improve the pressure sore management quality, and it is of promotion and application value.
