风险管理在精神科护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Pediatrics

目的分析精神科护理管理中应用风险管理的效果。方法对2015年8月—2017年8月在该院就诊的90例精神科患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用随机抽签法分为实验组(45例,采用风险管理)和对照组(45例,采用常规护理管理),对比两组患者护理风险事件发生率。结果实验组患者出现噎食、医源性伤害、冲动伤人、自杀自伤、机械性损伤等风险事件发生率(11.1%)显著低于对照组(53.3%)(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理管理中实施风险管理可有效降低护理风险事件发生率,更好地保障患者安全。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics.Methods 90 cases of patients in the department of pediatrics diagnosed in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each according to different nursing management methods,the experimental group used the risk management, while the control group used the routine nursing management, and the incidence rate of nursing risk events was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of risk events such as choking,iatrogenic injury, impulsive injury, autolesion, mechanical injury in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group（11.1% vs 53.3%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics can effectively decrease the incidence rate of risk events and better ensure the safety of patients.
