随着造纸印刷及相关领域的不断发展,表面施胶的作用及优势显得尤为突出,对表面施胶剂的要求也越来越高,水性聚氨酯是以水为介质的聚氨酯分散体系,具有不燃、无毒、不污染环境、节省能源及操作加工方便等优点,且成膜性比其他表面施胶剂好,因此占有重要地位,本文通过研究一种水性聚氨酯在造纸行业表面施胶方面的应用,验证其对成纸指标的影响。

With the continuous development of paper printing and related fields,the role of surface sizing and advantage is particularly prominent,more and more is also high to the requirement of surface sizing agent,waterborne polyurethane based on water medium of polyurethane dispersions,non-combustible non-toxic don＇t pollute the environment to save energy operation and easy processing,and film-forming sex is better than other surface sizing agent,occupies an important position,therefore,this paper studies a kind of waterborne polyurethane in application of surface sizing of paper making industry,verify its influences on the targets of paper.
