腹腔镜胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的个体化护理

Individualized Nursing of Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass Surgery in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨腹腔镜胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的个体化护理。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月收治的高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者80例,全部患者均采取腹腔镜手术治疗,按照护理方式的不同分成对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组加强护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组的血糖指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的个体化护理联合健康教育的效果显著。

Objective To study the individualized nursing of laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of elderly rectal cancer with diabetes from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected. All patients were treated by laparoscopy. The control group was divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group strengthened nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The glycemic index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing combined with health education of laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery in treatment of type 2 diabetes is obvious.
