氨磺必利和奥氮平在慢性精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者治疗中的应用及生活能力改善对比评价

Application of Amisolin and Olanzapine in Treatment of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia and Diabetes and Evaluation on Comparison of Improvement of Life Ability

目的讨论氨磺必利和奥氮平在慢性精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者中的治疗效果及生活能力改善情况对比。方法数据选择2015年7月—2018年1月之间该院收治的34例慢性精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者,随机分组,每组17例,研究组采用氨磺必利治疗;对照组采用奥氮平治疗;对比两组患者在经过治疗后的治疗效果、ADL(日常生活能力评价表)评分。结果研究组患者的治疗效果以及ADL评分优于对照组。数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨磺必利在慢性精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的治疗中疗效显著,有效改善患者的生活能力,可推广。

Objective To discuss the application of amisolin and olanzapine in treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia and diabetes and evaluation on comparison of improvement of life ability. Methods 34 cases of patients with chronic schizophrenia and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 17 cases in each, the research group and the control group were respectively treated with amisolin and olanzapine, and the treatment effect and ADL score after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect and ADL score in the research group were better than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of amisolin in treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia and diabetes is obvious, which can effectively improve the life abilities of patients, and it can be promoted.
