盐酸羟考酮缓释片在糖尿病合并晚期肿瘤患者癌痛治疗中的应用

Application of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets in Cancer Pains Treatment of Patients with Diabetes Combined with Advanced Tumor

目的探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片在糖尿病合并晚期肿瘤患者癌痛治疗中的效果。方法选取该院2015年10月—2017年10月收治的糖尿病合并晚期肿瘤重度癌痛患者72例,随机分为2组各36例,观察组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片,对照组给予硫酸吗啡缓释片,比较效果。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为91.7%,不良反应发生率为22.2%,明显优于对照组80.5%、36.1%(P<0.05),观察组镇痛起效时间(58.6±10.4)min,明显优于对照组(97.3±11.7)min(P<0.05);观察组FBG(6.2±0.4)mmol/L,2 h PBG(8.4±0.5)mmol/L,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片在糖尿病合并晚期肿瘤患者癌痛治疗中,具有显著的镇痛效果,起效快、安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in cancer pains treatment of patients with diabetes combined with advanced tumor. Methods 72 cases of cancer pain patients with diabetes combined with advanced tumor admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the observation group and the control group were respectively treated with oxycodone hydrochloride and morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets, and the effect was compared between groups.Results The total analgesia effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（91.7%, 22.2% vs 80.5%, 36.1%）（P〈0.05）, and the analgesic onset time in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group [（58.6±10.4）min vs（97.3±11.7）min]（P〈0.05）, and the FBG（6.2±0.4）mmol/L, 2 h PBG（8.4±0.5）mmol/L in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The analgesic effect of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets in cancer pains treatment of patients with diabetes combined with advanced tumor is obvious, with rapid onset and high safety, and it is worth application.
