护理干预对糖尿病患者合并抑郁症的影响效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Patients with Diabetes Combined with Depression

目的研究护理干预对糖尿病患者合并抑郁症的影响效果。方法选取该院自2014年2月—2017年9月26例糖尿病合并抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各13例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗加护理干预,比较两组各项血糖指标及抑郁情况。结果观察组患者治疗后各项血糖指标及抑郁评分均优于该组治疗前,观察组各项血糖指标及抑郁评分均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够改善患者的糖代谢水平,缓解其抑郁的心理状态。

Objective To research the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes combined with depression.Methods 26 cases of patients with diabetes combined with depression in our hospital from February 2014 to September2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 13 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy,while the observation group used the nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and various blood glucose indexes and depression were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, various blood glucose indexes and depression scores n the observation group were better than those before treatment, and those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the glycometabolism level and relieve the depression.
